Arnie Hendricks has 40 years of senior management experience, with a particular focus on the financial and operational management of small to midsize companies. For the past 30 years, he has independently consulted with over 400 companies, helping them solve issues that prohibit their profitable growth and prevent owners from increasing the value of their businesses. Leadership, communication, and analytical skills are significant strengths that complement a solid drive to adapt to circumstances and achieve success.
Arnie is the Principal of Financial Management Resources and has been coaching and advising business owners as a part-time CFO for 31 years and has served over 450 companies. Before establishing his consulting practice, he had two five-year stints as a CFO for $30M to $50M manufacturing companies.
Over the last seven years, Arnie has focused on assisting business owners transition their ownership, using his CFO consulting experience to bring an aspect of helping them build value before a transaction – and then identify the right path to reach their objectives in maximizing value and preserving their legacy. He's worked with many Impact Washington clients, actively assisting executives, production, and sales in each company to help them be successful in their responsibilities.
